WSMS is only a small charity with limited resources. Occasionally things go wrong on the IT front and we woud love to have an expert we could call upon, in our hour of need, to help resolve those glitches. Our own IT skills are fairly basic and Google doesn’t always help.
We use 4 networked PC’s and laptops with Windows 10, Office 365, a cloud based Case Management System, a VOIP telephone system.
