WSMS is part of a Pan Sussex Alliance of Mediation services. The four members include ourselves, Brighton & Hove Independent Mediation Service (BHIMS), Mediation+ (based in Hailsham) and Hastings and Rother Mediation Service. Below is a map of the geographical areas that each service cover. All four services are similar in their operations. They are all Registered Charities and provide a similar range of mediation services. The Alliance was originally formed in order to do joint funding bids, particularly with the Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner. Even before then the services were good at collaborating and sharing best practise. You can see that West Sussex Mediation Service (WSMS) cover the largest geographical area and probably service the most number of referrals.
