We previously advertised a date for our 2020 Annual General Meeting (1st October). Due to unforeseen circumstances, that have been exacerbated by the pandemic, out Trustees met on 16th September and took the decision to postpone the event, possibly until 2021. We will publicise the new date as soon as it is confirmed.
We will be notifying the Charity Commission (CC) of this decision, which has been recorded in writing by the Trustees. It is in line with the pragmatic approach that the CC has adopted in light of the pressures that the pandemic puts on charities and the inability to hold such an event face to face.
