This week is Small Charity Week (13th to 18th June 2016). This is perfect as a publicity tool for a small charity like us. The week is organised by The Foundation for Social Improvement (The FSI). A recent survey has revealed how difficult it is for small local charities like us to compete against bigger causes, in both terms of profile and fundraising. 1/3 of Brits can’t name a local charity – despite these representing 97% of Britain’s charity sector.
