Save Our Sterling!
If you have read our Christmas Newsletter, on the previous news item, you will have heard about the Horsham Giraffe Trail, organised by Horsham Rotary Club. All 51 giraffes are being sold on eBay. One of the giraffes is called Sterling. He was sponsored by the Nat West Bank and is decorated with old Bank Notes. We are starting a campaign to keep Sterling in Horsham. We would like to have him as a fundraising tool for our charity. To become the rightful owner of Sterling we need to build up a fund to achieve the winning bid. Sterling will be used to help raise much needed funds for our small charity. We did not take part in the original Giraffe Trail fundraiser, so have missed out on the fundraising that achieved. We would really appreciate your help. (Stirling will be listed for 10 days from this evening – 5/12/13). You don’t need to do the bidding, we will do that bit, with the help of our friends at Brock Taylor Estate Agents, Horsham’s leading independent estate agent.
