A recent complaints survey carried out by Churchill Home Insurance has revealed that in the first nine months of 2013 nearly 500,000 complaints were made to local authorities in the UK by individuals concerning their neighbours and what they got up to. Noisy neighbours and messy homes and gardens accounted for over half of complaints.
