These are uncertain times and we would like to reassure you that West Sussex Mediation Service is committed to continuing to serve the conflict resolution needs of the community of West Sussex. We are still open for business and will continue to offer mediation and conflict coaching to those clients who are able to access these online or by telephone.
We can continue to provide both mediation sessions and conflict coaching via video conferences or telephone support. Our team are working hard to contact all our existing clients to provide reassurance and discuss how this will work for them.
For new referrals, please get in touch in the usual way. We appreciate that the current situation may cause an increase in tensions, whether within families or between neighbours, and we are able to offer conflict coaching and intergenerational mediation to help you with this.
We want to do all we can to support you so please do check out our website for all the help that is available. We will be adding self help tips to the website shortly. In return, if anyone is able to support us, through donations (however small) that would be hugely appreciated,
