UK Mediation Awareness Week is being held between 8th and 14th October 2016. During this week the Sussex Mediation Alliance is holding a Mediation Conference in Brighton (Monday 10th October). WSMS is part of a Pan Sussex Alliance of four independent charities providing similar mediation services across West and East Sussex plus Brighton & Hove. Speakers on the day will include Katy Bourne (Police & Crime Commissioner), Peter James (best selling crime author) and Tracy John (Head of Housing at Brighton & Hove City Council). There will also be workshops on ‘The power of listening’, young people and conflict and more.
