Time for another of our monthly newsletters, just in time for the Easter break. We hope that you manage to make full use of the long week-end. Don’t be eating too much chocolate!
In this edition we introduce our new Case Administrator, Karen who joins the office team on the retirement of Pam Chatterton. We also advertise our Charity Barn dance in June – a date not to be missed, plus various other news items. Check out Page 5 to see how you can support a great Charity Raffle – helping 13 great local causes.
We have now reached the end of our current financial year and can breath a sigh of relief as we have managed to balance the books. If we had one wish for the new financial year, it would be to attract some enthusiastic people to help fundraise for us, through community events, etc. We anticipate 2018/19 being an even tougher year for the charity, in terms of income generation. Unfortunately, we are expecting one of our major funders to slash their grant.
