My wife and I would like to put on record our sincere appreciation of the time and effort the Mediation Service has given to helping resolve our neighbour relationship problems with Mrs *.

Prior to the arranged mediation meeting, which took place on …………… between Mrs *, her son  and ourselves with Mary, Richard and Alan present as Mediators, we did not believe that it would be possible to reach any kind of amicable agreement with our neighbour. However, with the guidance of Richard, Mary and Alan the discussions at the meeting moved from a semi hostile exchange of views on the mutual neighbour relationship problems to a mood of reconciliation, concluding with an agreement acceptable to all concerned.

 

Richard, Mary and Alan will be pleased to know that we engaged in a friendly discussion after leaving the meeting place and extended the mood of mutual reconciliation that developed during the mediation meeting. My wife and I are now committed to maintaining a friendly relationship with our neighbour and she has expressed the same towards us.

 

Please pass-on to Mary, Richard and Alan a very sincere Thank You from my wife and I for their valuable time given up to helping and guiding us towards a resolution of our neighbour relationship problems. We greatly admire their dedication and commitment in resolving issues like ours between neighbours; in our case what we thought was impossible became possible. My wife and I would also like to thank Pam, Yvonne, and Nick for their courtesy, help and patience in organising the Mediation meeting.
